Your order will be delivered by insured cargo and is under the responsibility and assurance of Ziynet Gold until it is delivered to you within 1-3 business days.
We ensure that the product you purchased is delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 business days from the order date and reaches you safely. It is prepared specifically for you and sent inside the products (box, package, invoice.). Information about this is included in the product details, please specify your special requests when ordering.
If you wish, you can provide different delivery and billing addresses so that your invoice reaches you and your gift reaches your loved ones.
Prepared orders are delivered to the cargo company except on Saturdays - Sundays, public holidays, New Year's Eve and holidays, and deliveries are made outside these days.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order is delivered to the cargo company.
If the recipient cannot be found at the delivery address, the cargo company leaves a visit notice. If the buyer, to whose address a visit notification note was left, does not contact the cargo company within 3 days, the cargo company will return the package to Ziynet gold.
Check the products you ordered by comparing them with the invoice upon delivery. If you think the products are missing or damaged, please inform Ziynet gold customer services. In line with the information given by the customer representative, do not receive the package by keeping a report with the cargo officer. When you receive the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.
